Young agencies and individual consultants can obtain half-price tickets when registering with the code e20
- People working full-time as individual consultants
- Young agencies with a maximum of 5 employees
- The foundation date of the agency must be 1 November 2009 or later
- A change of the companys/agencys name is not considered a foundation only initial foundations are regarded as young agencies
- The organizer reserves the right to examine the prerequisites in case of doubt. Any recourse to the courts of law is excluded. It is within the organizers discretion to allow people with e20-tickets admission. These tickets are supposed to give young agencies the chance to attend the Enterprise 2.0 SUMMIT on more favorable terms.
- Well-capitalized spin-offs or foundations of business divisions of large companies are not considered as young agencies. With the e20-tickets, we want to enable companies who can hardly afford the standard price to attend the event provided they fulfill the above mentioned conditions.

Cancellation or Change of Attendee
A cancellation up to 30 days before the date of the event is free of costs.
A cancellation between 29 to 14 days a cancellation fee of 50% of the ticket price will apply. For cancellations of less than 14 days a cancellation fee of the full ticket price will apply. For a cancellation a written notice is required by fax or via mail to Kongress Media GmbH Knorrstr. 85, 80807 Munich, Germany, Fax +49-89-2000 1464. The date for the determination of the cancellation date is the date of receival of a cancellation at Kongress Media. A cancellation via email should be accompanied by a telephone notice to make sure the email has been received by Kongress Media. Upon receipt Kongress Media will reply with a confirmation note. If such confirmation note is not sent by Kongress Media the cancellation is not received and thus not valid.
A change of the attendee for this booking can be made any time and is free of any costs.

I am aware that my data are being stored, processed and used according to the rules of the Germany data security act ( Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes - BDSG). All date that are being taken on this website will be stored according to legal principles. My personal data will not be made available to third parties. External service support to the event organizer that needs to process the data in order to fulfill the service on behalf of Kongress Media GmbH and co-organizers are also required to abide to the legal principles. They are not considered third parties in this context.
